We’re glad to see more farmers using Wheelman! However, when a Wheelman system is sold secondhand, please understand that support and warranty coverage do not automatically transfer to the new owner.
Our team is dedicated to supporting customers who purchased their systems directly from us. For used systems, we offer limited support options to help you get started.

Optional Support Packages
If you’d like personalized help, we offer the following paid options:
· Basic Setup Package ($99)
We’ll create or transfer your Whirl account, verify your system, and provide brief guidance to help you get started.
· Premium Setup Package ($299)
Includes everything in Basic Setup, plus up to one hour of one-on-one remote support within 30 days of purchase to ensure your system is installed, calibrated, and performing as it should.
· Upgrade Package ($250)
For those who purchased the Basic Setup but decide they’d like the added support and calibration assistance included with the Premium package. Includes up to one hour of one-on-one remote support, valid for 30 days from purchase.
These fees help cover the time and expertise of our technical team.
Important Notes
- Used systems are not covered by any active warranty or service agreements.
- Replacement parts, accessories, and software updates are still available for purchase.
- The original owner’s account data cannot be transferred without their authorization.
