Products purchased online at (“Products”) come with a limited six (6) month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with Gold Star's published guidelines. If Gold Star determines that the Product is defective, it will, at its option and expense, repair or replace the defective Product or parts with new or “like-new” refurbished Products/parts.

Products purchased online at may be returned for a full refund or replacement Product within 30 days of purchase if our Product doesn’t power up when it arrives, arrives in damaged condition, or is still in an unopened box. Open items returned within 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee. HPX subscription purchases are non-refundable.

This limited warranty is Purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy and Gold Star's sole liability for any defect. Replacement Products or parts will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. This limited warranty is non-transferable and is for the benefit of the original Purchaser only.

A service request number is required before returning any merchandise. Please send your request including your Name, Address, and Order Number to and a service request number will be provided within 1 business day. Once you have a service request number, send us your return with the service request number marked clearly on the outside of the box. Shipping fees for returns are your responsibility.
